1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange request may be raised only under the following conditions:

4. Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.

If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose:

A refund to the original payment method

5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if:

Exchange or replacement is not possible, or

Product is out of stock, or

Order is cancelled before dispatch

6. Cancellation Policy

Failure to meet return conditions may result in rejection.
8. Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged:

Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged, or

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos
9. Final Decision
All return, exchange, and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by CocoSmile India.
Our decision shall be final in such cases.
