At CocoSmile India, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance, unless defective

  • Change-of-mind or preference-based returns

4. Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

    • A replacement product of equal value, or

    • A refund to the original payment method

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if an exchange or replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.

7. Shipping & Pickup for Returns

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by CocoSmile India.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.

  • Failure to meet return conditions may result in rejection of the request.

8. Transit Damage

If your order is damaged during delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged, or

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos

9. Final Decision

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by CocoSmile India. Our decision shall be final in such cases.
