We currently ship products within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • CocoSmile India is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Courier & Logistics

7. Failed or Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refused delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds (if any) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos
